I took my first flight. It was great. I was a little skeptical but I made it through. When I felt the plane lift off and into the clouds, I felt a sense of relieve. I had to let go and let God take control. Sometimes the path you take is not the path you should be on. The path maybe pebble walkway or a golden brick road. I’m not telling you to go to Kansas, but that maybe where your path will lead you. It is your choice.
I teach Pre-Kindergarten. Well, that is how it started. I have been teaching for about 15 years. Within those years, I have gained more knowledge and growth. I have seen staff leave and some stay. Though it all, I went from being a teacher to Classroom technology specialist to a Pre-K Teacher/ IT specialist/ Director’s Assistant/ Instructional Coach. Yep, the glow up God gave me, after my divorce, is AWESOME!
Never in a million years, did I ever think I would be on a flight to a FrogStreet conference. It has been amazing. I have connected with so many people and saw so many things that I would have never saw sitting in front of a screen. Take that flight and embark on a new world that will take you to places your path is leading you. Listen, when the time is right, you will know. It maybe scary, but remember, YOU GOT THIS!
