As I look back, I am reminded of a blessing God has given me, it surpasses all my thoughts. I was stressed and he sent me a release. I took the initiative to join the chorus at my church. I never questioned and I never gave up. I simply did what He send me to do. He sent me to sing with two choruses. Then sent me to another chorus and it took off. I experienced singing as a soprano, alto and tenor, but never thought it would strengthen my vocals. The three parts taught me how to differentiate between the different parts and find my voice. I still have a little more to go, but I am not giving up.
Sometimes it is easy to keep doing what you love. Our passion is what fuels us into fruition and with fruition, comes growth. I needed a release of stress and God used my gift of singing to release it. All the plans I have prepared for are not worth it without God’s path of guidance. God telling you to do something. Will you do it?
