Family is people you are related to, but sometimes it is people you are around all the time. It may be your church members, friends, and acquaintances. These people have given me the advice I needed to grow as an individual. They are of significance to me because they shaped my thoughts and actions.
See, my December gave me obstacles that were out of my control. Challenges that made me think about my future and my thoughts. Just when I thought I could turn things around, one of the people in my life was gone. She was always there when I needed her. She was someone in my life who wanted me to know you are loved and everything will be alright. Even when my heart was breaking, I had to let her go. I felt happy that she was in a better place. She will forever be in my heart and thoughts because she meant so much. She was always there for all the family. She didn’t care what we felt like.
I love my family because they give me the support I need. They pop in when I least expect them to and share thoughts sent from above. I have sister-cousins that have been there. Thank you! I have a brother that no matter what, he will always be there to lend a hand. I have aunts that will make me laugh beyond measure. I have parents that embrace me with love and wisdom. I am rich in love from my family.
