What are you good at?
I have a unique style of art. My mom is an amazing artist, but I never thought I would get her talent. I thought my brother would be the one to receive that gift. As life went by, I didn’t see it in any of us. Then the pandemic hit, I was taking an art appreciation class and I started to create the most beautiful paintings. Never in a million years could I paint or draw a hummingbird, but I did it. Since then whatever I see in my head, I paint it. From my version of “The Starry Night” by Vincent Van Gogh to the Nashville skyline on a snowy night with a snowman on the lawn, I painted it. It is truly what made me unique. I love every ounce of this gift. I thank my mother for this talent and incredible uniqueness.
