So, the journey continues! I changed my mindset, changed my diet, changed my approach and changed my environment. What is next? The next chapter, of course! Not all changes come with an outcome that is either planned for or comes out right. Sometimes you have to just get up, get out and be real. It is not always easy at first but when you need to be in a place of joy and serenity. Just be there. The choices we make are never easy, but what is? We make them to follow a path that is set in our way for a reason. Sometimes the path will take you into a complete circle and make you confused. It teaches you a lesson that you need in your life. Make the right decision and you will go where you need to be.
