As we settle into fall, I love decorating in fall décor. I chose my own wreath and floral stems to arrange it. I placed it on my door before my neighbors. I feel, if you set the tone for your season, your time will come. I placed a fall trim on my TV stand, fall gnomes & pumpkins on my kitchen counter, and a lantern with a purple glow pumpkin on my dining room table. By the end of October, I will be putting up my Christmas tree and decorating for the holidays. I feel that I am late because some of my family is already in the process of putting up their tree. I like to change my colors every year, but I seemed to get stuck with a farmhouse theme décor. It seems to stick with me. At first, I did not like flannel, but the red/black and white/black flannel print fits well with my rustic, farmhouse décor. I plan to create big red and black gifts around the living room with a red and black Christmas wreath.
Another season is your own season. When you have been through tough times, there can be a season of becoming uniquely you. You have settled into a growth mindset that gives you the confidence to be a better person and think wisely in your decisions. Your glow is timely and brightening your paths. God is guiding you in this season, because it is your time to help or bless someone who is going through something that needs your guidance. Your lesson will be your will to teach others what they need to do next. Believe that you can shine your light on a light that is dimmed and make someone smile today. So, whether it is decorating for the season or putting up for the holidays, your light can shine to encourage others to share in this awesome season.
