Good evening! It has been a minute. Life has been going fast for me. How about you? I have been getting ready for Christmas. Yes, I said Christmas. I recently received a Christmas tree from my niece. It will go up by the end of this week and get taken down by the end of January or February. It is huge, but it is time to decorate it. I got some new decorations to place on my tree. I have not had a tree this big since before my divorce. I think it is time. I have been searching for my favorite topper to put on my tree, but I feel the need to give up on the topper because I have grown from it. My old topper was a black hat with a buffalo plaid ribbon. It was perfect, but it’s the past, and I need something new. Sometimes you have to move from the past to create the future you want. This makes me want to reconsider my color choices. I seem to be stuck on a red, white, silver, and black themed tree. Don’t worry, I have not started the Christmas music yet. I might play it when I trim the tree. I have to be in the mood. Have you trimmed your tree yet? Do you think I should reconsider my colors?
